How can I get a mouse over effect that is an animation sequence?

I am trying to add an effect so that when you mouse over an image that is a
faded black/white it will show in color and a short text box displays with a
note. I can see how to do it as part of a click sequence, but not as a mouse
over.

Can you initiate an animation sequence from a mouse over? If so, how?

Not as such but you can initiate a hyperlink to a duplicate slide (duplicate
at the current state of animation if you see what I mean) where the next
animation is with previous. That way it will appear that the mouseover
started the animation
