how can i get a picture of a family tree template

i am trying to get a picture of a family tree template. the oe that you just
add your names on it.

Or you could do what I did. Go to the search box above and search
"templates" and it will take you to a section with all templates. Once
there, a box to the left will let you filter the results by the program you
want to work in. I know there are family trees in Excel & Power Point.

(I was hoping for OneNote or Word and that I could find one geared more
toward a cycle so instead of having 10 spots on one side and 1 spot on the
other, Id have one spot in the center, and 10 spots on both sides and it
would probably span 3 or 4 pages.)
