How can I get an MS Ofiice 2000 registration form?

I have a copy of MS Office 2000 Professional that has never been registered.
When I installed it, I did not get a message about registering it. Yesterday,
I got a message and followed the prompts, but it failed to complete the
registration process. Is there a way I can get to the online registration or
can I get a form to register by mail?

To restart the Registration Wizard for Office, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and click Run.

2. In the Open box, type the following command:

Regwiz.exe /i "software\microsoft\office\9.0\common\LV"

3. Click OK.

The Microsoft Office 2000 Registration Wizard appears.

4. Complete the information in the Registration Wizard.
