how can I get back to defult page on onenote from index?

After I typed my text in onenote, with help of stationary I changed it to
index card. 3/4 of note page is gray. Now I want to bring it back to all
whit (defult mode and I can not do that). Any tip I would appricate it.

Frank,
Try File--> Page Setup. At the top of the task pane, change the page size
back to automatic. That should do what you need. (You might play around with
some of the other options on that task pane as well. They let you do some
great things to your page.)
