How can I get column descriptions to auto display in a visio ERD

I have a SQL server db that includes descriptions for the entitities and
columns. I want to reverse engineer this into Visio and would like the
descriptions to display automatically. Ideally with hover over the field.

Probably not possible and any other suggestions will be appreciated.
