How can I get cute smileys to show up?

A co-worker sent me an email with a cute yellow smiley face bouncing up and
down. She said it was on her toolbar, but mine doesn't have that option. I've
searched all over the tabs on the toolbar, and can't find where she got it.
Any ideas?

You should ask the question in a newsgroup dedicated to your e-mail program.

Depending on the email program she is using the program might have smiley's
as a feature or she might be using smileycentral,Smileycons

This is sometimes detected as spyware and some people may feel it is spyware
