How can I get frontpage to support my SSI?

I have a lot of "server side includes" tags in my HTML. I just got
frontpage, and it seems that it will not read them correctly (or at all, for
that matter). The top and bottom of every element of my webpage is just an
SSI link to another file, that way I only have to update one file and it
changes on all the pages it is linked to. My tag is:

<!--#include file="top.txt" -->

and so on...

Any ideas?

You will not see them in Design View, etc. You will only see then when you have the site open
directly on a server that has the FP extensions, and you choose File Menu | Preview In Browser.
