How can I get "have replies sent to" to work.

Hello

I have my own domain name with e-mail forwarding and I want to try and configure my e-mails so that the reply to address is the address at my registered domain ie, (e-mail address removed) rather than at my mail provider which is (e-mail address removed).

I have followed the instructions in outlook which tell me to click on tools, e-mail accounts, change e-mail accounts, highlight the account in question, click change and then more settings where I can set the "have replies sent to" option to (e-mail address removed) rather than the ntlworld address it forwards to.

I followed the instructions and it all went off without a hitch but when I sent a test e-mail there's no change, the reply to address is still the one at my e-mail provider, not the one I want them to use. I can set it manually on every single e-mail but I'm sure the default setting should kick in.

I've tried rebooting etc but it's still not playing ball, I've also tried editing my personal profile, no joy there either. There's clearly a step missing somewhere because when I click on options in an e-mail and manually check the "have replies sent to" box a little head and shoulders icon pops up with my name on and the ntl address which I don't want it to use. I can't get in to edit it from there but clearly this is the part I need to change somehow.....

Even if that's not it there must be some spot somewhere where I have to change my settings and haven't. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it is I'm missing out...

Cheers
