How can I get more color options for fonts?

That's basically it. I want to be able to edit the font
colors available for word documents if possible.

I have MS Word 95.

Versions of Word through 97 have only the same 16 "color" choices for fonts.
Beginning in Word 2000 you get 24-bit color. If you want more colors in
earlier versions, you have to use WordArt. At least in Word 95 you've got
the old WordArt that it is possible to make resemble normal text, unlike the
flashy new WordArt in Word 97 and above, which can't be set to a specific
point size.
