How can I get more than one label per page

I follow the instructions to complete the label mail merge. When I
"propogate", only the top three and bottom center and righ get "propogated".
What am I doing wrong?

The instructions I followed was from MVP Graham Mayor's website

.. Sorry, I was not clear before. And I am still not propgating the rest of
the mailers. The first three accross on the Avery 8160 media and the last
two on the page are printed.

I just cannot see what is wrong here. Graham's methodology is correct and
works, so I suggest that you make absolutely sure that there is nothing
hidden or differ rent being added to those empty cells. Even a change in
formatting may give some clue to the problem. Otherwise I can only suggest
that it is a problem with the layout/formatting of the source.
