How can I get msn email to work with outlook 2002

I am trying to configure my msn email account with outlook 2002. I have tried
all the was of configuring from the microsoft site. It will send my mail with
a POP3 account but not retreive it. When I use a HTTP account I just receive
an error messages saying "failed". How can I get my msn email working with my
outlook, without using outlook connector?
