How can I get my [email protected] set as the email-Outlook

Just need help or instructions as to how I can get my original e-mail address
with Roadrunner set up as the e-mail address in my MicroSoft Office 2003.
That orignial Roadrunner.com address for me is: (e-mail address removed)
Please, please if someone can help me to get this done.

pop-server.satx.rr.com is the POP3
smtp-server.satx.rr.com is the SMTP

you will do it this way and make it whatever your city and state is. EX:
pop-server.nyc.rr.com is the POP3
smtp-server.nyc.rr.com is the SMTP

ARE PAYING FOR AND GET A TIER 3 TECHNICIAN:

EXAMPLE OF HOW TO ENTER THE SMTP IN WINDOWS MAIL:

FIRST GO TO ADD ACCOUNT AND THEN....


you will CHANGE the city and/or state to yours:

EX:

pop-server.____________.rr.com is the POP3 (INCOMING MAIL)
smtp-server.___________.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL)
