How can I get my members addresses to print in correct spaces on .

I have a labels file but cannot get these labels to print out correctly on my
Avery J8163 labels even though they appear in the list of labels.

When I go to envelopes and labels, the label box only allows me
one page of all the same labels
one label only

whereas I have over 200 addresses on a word file in word and rft and they
won't print int he correct places

It sounds to me like you may have put your cart before the horse

You have a few options here:

1. Enter the names/addresses into Outlook (should be less painful with
copy/paste); then print lables within Word by performing a Mail Merge. Use
the category function to denote the entries as "club members" then select
them in the merge. This would separate them from your personal addresses.

2. Create a new Word document using the correct label format, then
copy/paste the name/addresses into the document one at a time into the
individual cells.

Neither sound easy, I know. Option 1 is a more long term solution, since it
makes it a more manageable list in the long run.

I am sure there is another solution I am not thinking of... but hope this
