How can I get my MS Office Manager "Tool Bar" back?

I had the hard drive replaced and after relocating the data my tool bar is no
longer available. I use it to manage a variety of regularly used programs
and documents. Accessing them through other routes is time consuming. How
can I get the bar back?

It depends on the version of Office you have, but prior to
Office 2003 you should be able to install the optional
MS Office Shortcut Bar (called MS Office Manager in Office v7/95)
through the Microsoft Office choice in Add/Remove Programs in
the Windows Control Panel.
