How can I get Office Proofing Tools in Canada?

I've been trying to buy Office Proofing Tools in Canada (Ontario), but I
can't find it anywhere. I ordered it through Amazon.ca, but after 6 weeks
they finally told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it. Where can I find it?

Try the online store at microsoft.com? I think it delivers to North America,
including Canada. (And that's the only way residents of that continent can buy
the tools.)
