How can I get .oft form version 2.00.3516.00?

In opening outlook 2003 with business contact manager, I receive the
following message:

"Your .oft file for message class lPM.Contact.BCM.Account has a wrong
version. Requested version 2.00.3516.00, .oft form version 1.00.1616.00."

What do I do to get the correct version?

Try clearing the Outlook form cache. Outlook should then install the
forms that come with the application.
