How can I get rid of the language box?

Dear all,

I'm using both Chinese and English inputs, and this language box is appearing me wherever I clicked my mouse upon and is covering the text. It's really extremely annoying. Is there any way that I can possibly get rid of this annoying language selection box? V_V
