How can I get templates for Visio 2003 ?

I am searching for Network Templates for Visio 2003 because I am trying to
prepare a documentation for a presentation. I found that Visio is not
friendly enough. I`ll appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Templates refer to a pre-filled format in order to be modified to cover my
goals.
The point is "not start from a blank form".

Anything you find for Visio 2007 should also be compatible with Visio 2003.
