How can I get the "blue background, white text" option?

I'm just switching to a new MacBook after decades of Windows experience. Today I installed MSOffice 2008 for Mac. Some of the drop-down menus seem pretty much the same, but some of my favorite features I can't find.

Most distressing just now: I have always used blue background, white text (from the Tools/Option/General tab in MSOffice 2003 for Windows). Where, oh WHERE can I find it in the new Mac version?

Click on Word>Preferences, General Tab, and you should see the option in
there as well.

Hello & Welcome -

Michel has provided the answer to your question but you'll find some
additional info here that may be useful:

It isn't completely updated for 2008 but it should serve as a good
guideline. Don't hesitate to pop in with any specific issues you my
encounter.
