How can I get updates

I have a free dial-up internet connection that
automatically times out every 2 hrs. I am unable to
download updates to my Office XP as it will take longer
than the 2 hrs and then goes back to the beginning
again. My Windows XP automatically updates for me and if
my computer should time out it will continue the download
where it left off. Is there such a facility for Offce
and how can I activate it? Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately I am in the UK. Does Office not have the
ability to do the automatic updates in the same way that
windows XP has?
