How can I have more than one connector between shapes in Visio?

I need to create an org chart in Visio that represents a co-supervision
diagram.
When I create an additional connector between a manager and position shape
the original connection line disappears.

Is there a way to have two lines connecting a position shape to two manager
shapes?

Visio 2003 supports a dotted line connector in addition to the primary
connector.

Try changing your Page Layout settings - It may be that you do not have it
set to separating lines.
