When I'm in the Form text field environment, when using my TAB key, it jumps
to the next field or the top.

How can I have my TAB key funciton within the Form text field similar to a
text area in a word document?

Use Ctrl+Tab to insert a tab character in a field, just as you would in a
table (where the Tab key jumps to the next cell).

You may be able to use macros to reassign the tab key's function, similar to
what's in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211219 for the Enter key. But
it's a lot of work for very little return, and it will work only on a
computer where the template is present.
