How can I import an Access 2003 contacts tables into Outlook 2007

I need to set up my Outlook 2007. I've never used Outlook before and need to
set up my contacts. I've heard that I can import my Access 2003 tables into
Outlook 2007 but I don't know how to do that. Can anyone tell me?

Did you try File-Import and Export in Outlook? Would be a good place to
start IMHO....
