how can i import data from a program to access

i need to create a database about costumers, but all the information is in a
different programm. So how can i transfer these informatios to access program?

That depends on what program you are using and what access they have given
for extracting data.
Many programs give you the choice of "print to file", where you can print to
txt and then open in almost anything. For the last 10 years I have done that
with QuickBooks.
I now have a sales/accounting program that gives me that option, plus one to
export reports to Word, Excel, etc., plus a utility that lets me create an
access database for any given time period, selecting only those areas that I
need.

So first look at the program for ways to export/print/etc.
