How can I import mail data from Mozilla Thunderbird Into Outlook 2

I have a lot of mail messages in Mozilla Thunderbird (their mail application)
and I want to extract it and move it into Outlook 2003. Can this be done and,
if so, how?

if someone has already posted instructions for migrating mail from TB?
