How can I import mail from Incredimail into outlook 2002?

I experimented with using Incredimail as my email client and have decided
that it was a mistake. I also Played with Barca. I would like to go back to
using Outlook 2002 but don't want to lose all that mail, some of it very
important, when I delete both of these "mistake" client programs. Any ideas
on how to import these email directly or how to convert them into a formate
that Outlook can use???

A ten second Google search turns up several tools which purport to do this,
the first one being ABC Amber Outlook Converter,
