How can I import mbox files into Microsoft Outlook?

My boss sent me an email with an .mbox attachment from her Outlook inbox.
When I open her attachment it opens as excel and only shows me one email
rather than the 20 or so that are in the mobx attached file

How can I import mbox files into Microsoft Outlook?

have a look here:

this will enable you to convert an Mbox file into Outlook Express from where
you can export to outlook.
