How can I import my distribution lists into BCM 2007

I have just upgraded to office 2007 including Business Contact manager.
I have imported all of my contacts from Outlook into BCM.
However my Outlook Distribution lists did not import.

Can I use distribution lists in BCM? If so how can I import the ones I
already have created in Outlook?

Please be really elementary in your reponce...THANK YOU
