How can I incorporate links on the calendar template?

What we have is a series of shared access calendars that correspond to our
meeting rooms. What I want to do as part of this, is to incorporate links or
buttons that jump the user to a series of our intranet sites where they can
order facilities, i.e: spider phones and things like tea and coffee. Ideally
I would want to build these links or buttons into the individual meeting room
calendar template or frame. My own I.T department is having an dime bar
moment, does anyone know if this is possible?

Any help, even if it's a no would be appreciated.
