How can I increase text size in the To/cc/bcc boxes in Outlook?

How can I increase text size in the To/cc/bcc boxes in Outlook? I have
already change Win XP Display properties to extra large text, but it doesn't
seem to affect the text in the To/cc/bcc boxes.

in the message forms? You can't.

in the message list, it's a view (automatic formatting property)
