How can I increase the size of my mailbox?

I have received the below message, and have deleted items, but this keeps
happening and I need more room, someone please help.

Subject: Your mailbox is closed

Importance: High

Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is 200087 KB. Mailbox size limits:
You will receive a warning when your mailbox reaches 175000 KB.
You cannot send or receive mail when your mailbox reaches 200000 KB.You may
not be able to send or receive new mail until you reduce your mailbox size.
To make more space available, delete any items that you are no longer using
or move them to your personal folder file (.pst).
Items in all of your mailbox folders including the Deleted Items and Sent
Items folders count against your size limit.
You must empty the Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the space
will not be freed. See client Help for more information.

You need to contact your mail administrator. This is a setting on the
Exchange server and is not something that can be modified by a standard user
(there'd be no point in setting mailbox limits if users could just override
them).

If you have a large amount of messages dating back a long time, it's
recommended you use the Archive setting in Outlook to move them off of the
mail server and into a private folder (PST file). Of course you may want to
store this PST somewhere that it can be backed up.

If you have a good deal of messages that just contain large file
attachments, do the files have to remain attached to the message? In these
cases it's advised to save the file attachment somewhere and then remove the
attachment from the message (which is done by simply opening the email,
right-clicking on the attachment and selecting Remove). This will keep
possibly pertinent data in the email itself while removing the large file
attachment. Of course, if the content of the email is not important than
just delete the message entirely.

Either way, you won't get a larger mailbox unless your Exchange admin
increases the size. Contact your administrator and plead your case.
