How can I insert the default Outlook signature into a document?

Hi

The subject explains it all really, I have a default signature in
Outlook 2003 and I'd like to insert it into a Word 2003 document. How
can I do this?

I've done some more looking around and it seems that this may need to
be done two different ways depending on whether or not Word is being
used as the email editor. If this is the case, then I'll probably need
instructions for both methods.

Whoops! I'm a big idiot and I've posted in word.general instead of
word.vba.general, not to mention that my original post is ridiculously
short on details. What was I thinking?!
