How can i install active-x. trying to download business card templ

I am trying to download business card templats from msn. denied because i
need activex. activex will not download because msn is blocking stating i
need to check yes in a box that is not showing. what to do?........I am
using microsoft internet explorer and windows xp sp2 installed on my dell
laptop by dell.

There should be an "Info Bar" below the Address bar at the top of the
page. Click the Info bar and make the appropriate selection. It should
read something like "Always allow ActiveX from this site" or
"Temporarily allow ActiveX from this site"

Is this an MSN thing or a Windows XP thing? I don't seem to have any such
"Info Bar" (but I could sure use the ability to selectively allow ActiveX!).

It's part of the Windows XP SP-2 patch. Pretty handy, actually.
