Hi Merck,

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're asking from your subject line. There is no direct support from Microsoft for the Office
2007 Beta 2 with Technical Refresh update.

You didn't mention the steps you're following, your Windows version, if it's an installation problem or after installing then
something doesn't work or a specific error message, etc.

Can you provide additional details?
