Are you saying you received a screensaver via email and the file is sitting
in your Inbox in Outlook?
The first thing I'd do is be suspicious of it and scan it for viruses.
Screensavers are often a source of viruses and nowadays spyware as well. The
default system screensavers are safe however.
I will assume that you received a screensaver via email. Open the email and
right-click on the screen saver. Save it to your desktop, then scan it for
viruses and spyware.
What is the file extension on the screensaver?
