How can I invite my Company Calendar (PF) to meetings?

Hi, I'm trying to create a company calendar for all users to view, so that we
can replace our old version of Lotus Notes.
I've created a company calendar using a public folder which allows me to
share views and labels with all users. However, when I create an appointment
I can't seem to add it as an attendee (The "Add public folder" option is
disabled).

I've also tried creating a resource mailbox for use as my company calendar
but this doesn't allow me to share views and labels.

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP3 and Exchange 2007.
Any help would be appreciated...
