How can I keep floating graphic and caption together?

In a large report, I have photos with captions. When editing, text may be
added or removed causing the picture and its caption to separate. How can I
keep them together and not have to realign them each time edits are made?

Hi Pam,

Create a text box. Put the photo into it, formatted as in-line with text. Add caption & align as desired.

If you need to generate a table of tables list in your large report and are
using W2003, use a wrapped table instead of a text box. In W2003 the TOC
feature cannot see text in a text box. If you are using W2007, text boxes
work just fine.
