How can I keep my personal folder in the Nav Panel from collapsin.

Jules

After upgrading to Office SP1, my Outlook personal folder keeps collapsing to
the root folder when I close Outlook. I would expand the sub-folders that i
use quite often, but when Outlook is closed, they return to the root folder.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have the exact opposite issue. I have rules that move mail to PST files.
When the rule moves the PST file ... the PST file expands revealing the
subfolders. I would like to keep them collapsed. I am also running Outlook
2003 SP1. Go figure. Did you have any luck with a resolution on this
problem?

Thanks for asking, but I'm still stuck with the same problem. I have
upgraded another computer to Outlook 2003 SP1, and the pst folder is acting
normal i.e. it stays expanded when I close Outlook. I trying to troubleshoot
this bug to fix it vice reloading the whole hard drive on the victim
computer. I've already reloaded Office 2003 and SP1, but still having the
same problem regardless of which pst file I open.
