How Can I Launch Project Server 2003 in Windows server 2000?

Can I installed project server 2003 in Windows 2000 server with SP-4
environment?
At microsoft site, Project server 2003 system requirment is Windows 2000 with
SP-3 or later. But when I go to installed Project server 2003 server
required service is "Sharepoint
services" it does'nt installed due 2 older version of windows, it required
windows server 2003.

How I can installe Peoject server 2003 with Sharepoint services in Windows
server 2000?

You can install Project Server 2003 on Windows 2000 but not with Sharepoint
Services, this is a Windows 2003 feature.

So if you install PS2K3 on W2K then you wont have issues, risks and
documents.

So, I can install PS2K3 on 2K server without sharepoint services. But is
sharepoint sericves not a necessary application for PS2K3? What it does? Bocz
a deployment help file of PS2K3 says it is necessary applicatoin like other
sql server, sql analysis services etc.....
So my question is ... May I install and do proper work with PS2K3 on 2K
Server without using sharepoint services?
