How can I let the long words auto hyphened at the end of line?

Hi all,

Some typesetting system, say LaTeX, can let long words auto hyphened
at the end of line. I just want to know how can I do the trick with
word?

Hyphenate text automatically
On the Tools menu, point to Language, and then click Hyphenation.
If the Hyphenation command does not appear on the Language submenu, you
may need to install the hyphenation tool.

Select the Automatically hyphenate document check box.
