How can I link a bulleted item on one page to a paragraph on a se.

I am trying to use one note in a project management application. I would
like to be able to link an item on one page, (possibly bulleted) to a
detailed description on a different page in the notebook. In most MS
programs I can do this with a hyper link but the only way I have found to
create a hyper link in One Note is by typing the URL and it recognizes it
automatically.

The features of rich HTML/Link editing tools (aka Ctrl-K in other
applications) and the ability to link to other pages in OneNote do not
exist in the current version. It's a frequent request here, though.

As partial workarounds, you can create hyperlinks to normal web pages in
another application (such as Word) and copy/paste into OneNote. You can
also use a file:// URL to link to another section (a *.ONE file in your "My
Notebook" folder) but you cannot specify the target page. The last page
that was active in that section is the page which will appear when you
click on the file:// link.
