How can I link a outlook 2003 form with a access database

I'm new on how to create outlook forms. I created my form and published in my
organizational folder but I need to link this form with a data base were can
I manage this information. I though in access 2003. Can I do this? How can I
be able to link the form with outlook or with other application were I can
be able to manage the form information like records.
Does excel works?
