How can I made a form auto-load on startup?

Hi all,

I'm just wondering how I can make my main form startup when the database
loads. I'd like to open up to a switchboard like in the "Northwind Traders"
sample database. I tried copying and pasting "Startup" under "Modules", just
to see if it would work in my db, but it didn't. I opened the module and
changed all the "main switchboard" references to my main form. I didn't
think it would work, but I figured it was worth a try. Thanks.
