How can I make a drawing legenda in VISIO ?

For drawing I need to make a legenda to know what drwing is is, who
have made the drawing, the date etc.
So, are there already legenda's so that I cane use theme?

There are some Forms and Annotations and Title Block shapes, under the Visio
Extras stencil group.

Also check out Insert > Field when you are in Text Edit mode on a shape.
Then you can insert all sorts of information about the document as a text
field.

if you do a shape search on legend they have one in the stencils. Then what
you need to do is drag a copy of the shape that you want 'tracked' onto the
legend.
