How can I make Access form fit anyone's resolution automatically?

Many people in my office have a small resolution preference but the forms I
developed only show all the fields when a user has a large resolution
preference. Is their a way to make the form automatically fit the screen
size?

There is code available that tries to do what you want; however, I find it
very hard to implement with inconsistant results.

Before starting on a database for a new client, I have them tell me the
lowest resolution and colors used on any monitors that will be using the
database. Then I design the database for it or convince management that
640x480 on a 17" monitor just isn't right unless they have an employee with a
visual handicap.

Where did you find the code that can do this? I tried looking everywhere and
could not find anything relevant. I'll try and implement it.
