You can't do that at all with the real borders of the table. What you can do
is to draw a rounded rectangle shape around the table, using the AutoShape
tool on the Drawing toolbar. Set its line weight and color as you want, and
set it to No Fill (if it's in front of the text, or you can send it behind
the text).
