How can I make my Outlook Calendar "week" run from Sunday-Saturda.

I'd like to be able to view Sunday through Saturday when I have my Outlook
Calendar set on "week," or at the very least, set the work week to begin on
Sunday. Is that possible, and if so, how? Any help would be appreciated,
thanks.
