How can i make project filtered on a criteria my default view

Hi,

I am implementing EPM for one of my client. The requirement is project
managers dont want to see all those projects which are 100% complete in thier
project list. I told them about filters that they can use, but they want it
to be set as thier default view. They dont want to filter out projects
everytime they log on.

An early reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks...
