How can I make the am/pm work on Windows 95 Scheduler? I have XP

My system clock is on the 24 hour setting. The Scheduler is the same but the
am/pm buttons don't work in making appointments. Seems to be stuck on pm.

Also, is there a way to eliminate the Scheduler login each time I start the
computer so the reminders will just pop up when needed. I tend to forget to
log in so the reminders don't pop up.

If: system time = 24hr
Then: the concept of "am/pm" does not exist

With a 24hr clock, times between 00:001 hours and 12:59 hours are morning,
while times between 13:00 hours and 24:59 hours are evening. Schedule your
meetings accordingly.

If you _must_ have am / pm in Schedule +, you will have to change your
System Time back to a twelve-hour clock.
