yep. Group them by Private field and then drag from the not private group
to the private group. This function works throughout Outlook in Table views
(such as By Category). Turn on the Advanced Toolbar and the Group By Button
will show you the Group By Box - drag Categories out of it and pop the
Private field into it. If you don't have the Private Field, use the Field
Chooser to put it in the table.
You can use Ctrl Click to select a whole bunch of appointment, then grab and
drag to the Private group.
